Terrible customer setvice

I really like these pants and usually order from a 3rd party on Amazon. Once I realized i could order direct I paid more than on Amazon to buy direct ( I thought it was a nice thing to do to make sure they get more of the money). one of the pairs arrived with the center front seam opened and frayed. I sent photos and asked for a replacement. I was asked to send photos two more times and then I was asked to take the pants and have them repaired. I explained that I have a machine and could fix it if that was possible, but the fabric is frayed, there’s nothing for it to grab on to. That was over a week ago and I still haven’t heard back.
